		<description>Very interesting topic. I do believe there is a BIG difference between being elder and being an Elder. Being an Elder is earned where being elder is just age. 

I have always hated the whole &quot;respect your elders&quot; comment because most of the people that say that mean that I should respect anyone that is OLDER than myself. And to be honest respect is earned not just given. =)</description>
